Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their
babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body
toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Your first class is FREE. After that we have monthly membership options as well as class pass and single class options.
FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!
Dedicate an hour or two of your busy week to exercise your body and relax your mind to benefit YOU and YOUR BABY in a relaxed and fun atmosphere with other pregnant mamas!

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. Nutrition guidance, recipes and meal planners are provided to educate and guide you toward healthy eating habits.more
