Mama, it's time to get your Body Back. Actually, scratch that. Get yourself back.

Our specially-trained coaches will take you on an 8-week journey to reach your fullest potential. Our meal plans, workouts, accountability and assessments are proven by university-backed studies to shed fat, increase strength and endurance, tone muscle and improve energy. But more than that--we're moms, too. We understand your challenges and we can help you overcome them.

Whether you want to lose weight, get toned, or just do something good for your body and your mind, our coaches will help you meet your specific goals in a supportive and inspiring environment.

What does Body Back® Transformation include?

  • 2 small group high intensity interval workouts (HIIT) per week
  • Before & after fitness assessments and measurements
  • Individualized goal setting & accountability

  • Unlimited motivational support

This class is for women only, no children. You must be at least 6 months postpartum before beginning this program.

Body Back is not intended for pregnant women. If you become pregnant at any point during your session, please notify your instructor.
