Body Back® Workouts Only - August

Body Back® is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Improve your health, fitness, and physical strength while experiencing a personal transformation.

2 Class Times

  • Monday & Wednesday at 5:30 a.m. virtual class via ZOOM
  • Monday & Wednesday at 7 p.m. class at Overlook Park
This session runs from 8/3-8/26. Enroll in this 4-week session for $80 here. The prices raises to $100 on August 1. Drop-in classes are $15 per class.

Equipment you will need:
  • Yoga Mat
  • 5# weights
  • Resistance Band

This class is for women only, no children. You must be at least 6 months postpartum before beginning this program. Body Back is not intended for pregnant women. If you become pregnant at any point during your session, please notify your instructor.
