Body Boost™ is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Improve your health, fitness, and physical strength while experiencing a personal transformation.
2 Class Times
- Monday & Wednesday at 5:30 a.m. virtual class via ZOOM
- Monday & Wednesday at 7 p.m. class at Overlook Park
Equipment you will need:
- Yoga Mat
- 5# weights
- Resistance Band
This class is for women only, no children. You must be at least 6 months postpartum before beginning this program. Body Boost is not intended for pregnant women. If you become pregnant at any point during your session, please notify your instructor.
