FREE Body Back® Pop-Up

Body Back® is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family.

Equipment you will need:

  • Yoga Mat
  • Resistance Band
  • 5# weights

This class is for women only, no children. You must be at least 6 months postpartum before beginning this program. Body Back is not intended for pregnant women. If you become pregnant at any point during your session, please notify your instructor.
