Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Your first class is FREE. After that we have monthly membership options as well as class pass and single class options.

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

Dedicate an hour or two of your busy week to exercise your body and relax your mind to benefit YOU and YOUR BABY in a relaxed and fun atmosphere with other pregnant mamas!

*This class is for moms only. Don't have childcare? Pregnant mamas are welcome in our Stroller Strides classes!

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. Nutrition guidance, recipes and meal planners are provided to educate and guide you toward healthy eating habits.

Body Back® is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family.

Strides 360 ® promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you're not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave them at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

After class, get some time to chat with other moms and let the kids explore and play with a fun activity!

All moms with young children are invited to our Little Learn events, where your kids can learn and explore something new and different each month!

Mamas get a few minutes after class to learn something from other local mamas, while the kids are entertained with an activity within sight! more

Enjoy fun and playful activities with your child and build our community of moms in Lancaster to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter.
